In this cooking class, we can cook "Hoto" together! Hoto is one of the most popular Yamanashi's local dish. It’s different from "Udon". Udon is wheat noodle. And the noodles are thick. However, Hoto noodles are flat and wide. And, a lot of ingredients such as pumpkin, chinese cabbage, shiitake, carrot, and leeks are included.
First, this experience begins with making the dough for the noodles. After that, you extend the dough with a noodle bar and cut it with a kitchen knife.
Tendon is a dish with tempura on the rice. Tempura is seafood or vegetables that have been covered in batter and fried in oil. The batter is made by dissolving flour and egg in water.
