In this cooking class, we can cook “Takoyaki(octopus dumplings) together!
It’s a popular food among people in Japan long time, even there are difference depending on region by region.
We will start by first making base-dough from flour and water. Then prepare and mix octopus. Finally bake it on iron plate. Takoyaki uses special iron plate.
