In this class, we are going to tell you how to make Japanese Bento .Onigiri is a Japanese rice ball .
Put filling in the rice ball and shape the rice into a ball,triangle,and cylinder.
Miso soup represents one of Mommy's recipes.
Dashi-maki-Tamago is a kind of an omelet and a dishu of fried beaten eggs mixed with dashi broth soup.
Nishime is a dishu in which a simmering cooking technique is used.

We are Chisato and Kumiko and Yoko. We have been friends since we were in high school. We live near Fushimi Inari shrine in Kyoto .
We have many traditional, delicious Japanese meals. Try to eat and enjoy some of them while you are in Japan.
