Make egg soup with No. 1 dashi and meat potatoes with No. 2 dashi.
You will also learn how to make crispy spinach.

Practice chopping onions.

In deep-fried food practice, we make chicken fried.
Learn salads with long-lasting dressing and how to preserve vegetables. Make corn soup.

At the end, take the boiled soup stock. You will learn how to grill a horse mackerel in the preparation of Sasagaki.
You can learn various processes in the above 4 times. You will also learn how to cook white rice in a pot.

Hello. I'm Chiharu Iijima It has been 28 years as a cooking instructor and 20 years since the opening of a cooking class. Including cooking magazines and books, we are also involved in food coordination, recipe development, menu development, restaurant and cafe coordination, and corporate product development.
