It is yukari.
I feel the importance of food and hold a healthy cooking class because I gave birth to my second son in my own home, not in a hospital. I teach the cooking which uses the fermentation and the vegetable abundantly which is a traditional technique of Japan. In addition to miso and soy sauce, which are famous for fermented foods, dishes made with koji, a unique fungus from Japan, are not only delicious, but also the body and mind. There is a classroom very close to Sapporo Station, a 2-minute walk away.

★★★★★This was the highlight of my trip to Sapporo. Yukari and her friend were so kind and welcoming. It was like cooking with your friends or family rather than a paid cooking class. The food was outstanding, comparable to food I've had at a ryokan. She also gave me a copy of the recipes in English for me to keep and make again! This was an awesome experience and I highly suggest it to anyone. It took about 2.5 hours and was a two minute walk from Sapporo station. She also picked me up at the station with a cute sign with my name on it.
