I had been living in near Chicago more than ten yeas. Recently I am back to Japan and start my new life at Sapporo with my husband Jay (He is American, so he can speak perfect English).
I love cooking very much. I am good at cooking Japanese traditional food and baking Japanese style cake and bread.
I would like to exchange the culture and experience with the people in the world.

Kyoko is so professional in teaching me how to bake fluffy soft Japanese cake and it came out very well. She gave me the cake back to my host family and I shared it with my friends from Bangkok and the host family. They all said that the cake was super delicious, very soft, not too much sweet and melt in their mouth! If I have a chance to come back to Sapporo again, I will attend her class again. Please go to MaruyamaKouenn Station which takes 15 mins from Sapporo Station. Then Kyoko (host) will pick you up there!
