    Tempura

    Tempura (天ぷら) is a classical Portuguese dish brought to and popularized by Japan, consisting of seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep fried. Tempura is a typical home cooking in Japan. It is often mentioned as a representative dish in Japan. Although there are various theories but, Tokugawa Ieyasu, the general of the Edo period, liked tempura and died of eating too much.

  • Miso Soup

    Miso Soup

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. Soup is made from dashi (Japanese stock) and Miso paste. Common ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but different from personal preference. Using the type of miso is different from region. In western Japan, white miso is mostly used. in east region, White miso is often used.

Maki-zushi is made with ingredients you like.
For example cucumbers, eggs, lettuce, tuna, salmon, avocado, etc.

Isobeage is tempura made by frying green laver in batter.

Miso soup contains seasonal vegetables and teaches
how to remove soup stock.
