normally we use pork, but this class instead of using pork we use soy meat. we will make soy meat from soy beans , boill soy beans and crush it's curl up and add the tofu mixtur to come together. after that put on flour and breadcrumbs. deep fry or grill. then dunk it to special sauce and on it on the rice.
