All we do is to cook rice and mix with sushi vinegar. then decorate the sushi rice cake with seafood and egg. The colorful decoration can be suitable for the party and festival. There will be some local gifts to take home along with unforgettable memory!!

Hi my name is Setsuko
Living in a small fisherman town by the beautiful Seto national park. I will be teaming up with my mom because she can share the some of the local Japanese authentic seafood dishes and recipe. I will be available to help the guests for translation while my mom, a fabulous cook, show you how. Free transportation from Satosho or Kamogata station is also available upon request.
