Kushikatsu is definitely a food for the common people. Kushikatsu is a deep fried food on a stick, could be meat, fish or veggies. Originated in the early 1900’s in Osaka, Shinsekai neighborhood.
You'll learn each step that goes into making kushikatsu, simple and delicious.
The experience consist of 2.30 h. participative, interactive and enjoyable class. At the end of the class, we will sit down to enjoy the food we have with knowledge that you will be taking home with you. A friend of mine, who speaks English and Spanish will assistance me, but the merit will be all yours.
