In this cooking class, you will learn how to make Gyoza (Japanese Dumplings) I explain how to wrap and show you how to cook it. Also I teach you how to cook Miso soup & White rice.
Time: 11am〜2pm (3 hours)
Time: 4pm〜7pm (3 hours)
After meeting at Ikebukuro Station, we walk to my home which takes about 10 minutes. First, I will introduce about the dishes that we are going to make and the ingredients we will be using for cooking. Then, we will make Gyoza, Miso Soup, Rice together! Looking forward to seeing you ;)

I’m a freelance chef in Tokyo Japan.
I’ve been working as a chef for about 7 years. I love to cook Japanese food, like Sushi, Tempura, Tamago-Yaki, Gyoza. I would like to explain how to cook traditional Japanese food.
I was born and raised in Tokyo Japan. And I experienced studying abroad, so I can speak English, too. If you have any questions, please ask me anything!
