Sweet & tender simmered pork (Kakuni in Japanese)
Soft-boiled egg
Rice
Miso soup
Green tea
In this cooking class, we can cook sweet & tender simmered pork together!
If you love pork, you must try this simmered pork belly, Kakuni. The pork is cooked slowly so it is tender and it has a sweet soy sauce flavour. It requires patience to cook slowly but this is very easy to make!
We will also make a soft-boiled egg and miso soup. Those go great with simmered pork belly!!
