    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

Hello, My name is Mayumi.
I have been living near Ueno station for 8 years.
It is 15-minute walk to Ameya-Yokocho (called "Ameyoko") and to Asakusa, 10 minutes by train to Akihabara, and 15 minuets by train to Tokyo Sky tree!
It's very convenient location, isn't it?

I had experiences that staying at Sydney and Brisbane in Australia as home stay and working at an amusement park in LA.
Therefore, i'm now thinking that we will cook using material and seasoning which you can get in your countries so that you can cook it after going back your home town.
Children are more than welcome! I have 2 kids, so we have some Japanese toys which you will like it.
