"Enjoy a home-cooked meal that uses seasonal vegetables grown in Okayama. If you don't eat meat or animal products, please let me know in advance and I'm happy to acomodate you!
The main dish will be either fish or meat, but mushrooms, tofu, and egg will also be used.
Mamezara are small Japanese dishes that are used to serve side dishes like pickled vegetables and konnyaku. These side dishes add diversity to the meal's flavors and often serve as a refreshing palette-cleanser.
In addition, we prepare rice, udon, or another staple dish that you're interested in – just let me know in advance if there's something you want to make!
The miso soup we cook will make good use of tasty, seasonal vegetables.
As for dessert, we'll decide what's best when considering the overall balance of the menu we cook!

Nice to meet you. I am well. Worked a long time as a nurse, a nurse accompanying the trip for 10 years, devised recipes at organic cafes and campgrounds, and sometimes baker instructors. I hope to easily remember the taste of Japanese mother.
