・Kenchin Soup
The birthplace of Kenchin Soup is said to be Kenchoji temple in Kamakura. It is a classic soup of our home made from radish, carrot, taro and other vegetables and mushrooms and tofu.
・Atsuyaki Tamago
Thickly baked dough with egg, egg, soy sauce, mirin, and soup stock. Of course, you can put it in a lunch box as well as a side dish for dinner. It tastes like a cake. So delicious!

Fluffy rice is made into a triangle and "gripping" and "rice ball". There are a lot of utensils you can put in, such as salmon, pickled plums, okaka(dry bonito) mentaiko, kelp and tuna.
・Chirashi Sushi
It is a party dish that will definitely appear at the Chirashi Sushi Home Party. Vinegared rice (cooked rice seasoned with vinegar and sugar) is mixed with sweetened carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and deep-fried eggs.
・Potato salad
・Spinach Salada with sesame sauce
・Pampkin boild etc
Your request will be accepted.
In this class, we will make thick-baked eggs and rice balls.
Use 3 eggs to bake thick eggs one by one. Change the ingredients and hold three rice balls. The ingredients vary from day to day, so stay tuned.
Soup and small bowls (daily) are prepared here. If requested, we can make dessert using agar.
You can choose ingredients at a large supermarket 3 minutes on foot, or enjoy shopping in an old-fashioned shopping street.
You can also visit the adjacent Ofuna Flower Center (prefectural botanical garden) for a picnic lunch and sightseeing to the Ofuna Kannon in front of the station.

★★★★★ (1)I live in Kamakura. Kamakura is only 40 minutes from Tokyo, and many tourists visit every year. Naturally a place surrounded by beautiful sea and greenery, as well as historically valuable shrines and temples. 800 years ago, the shogunate was placed and became the center of politics. I had been working as a teacher, Japanese for years and retired early this spring. I also worked at a school in the UK when I was young, and I hope to have fun interacting with people from overseas through cooking.

★★★★★It takes a lot of great intentions to create a package like this in cooking class tokyo. I am glad I got to experience this. The food was superb, and I felt really immersed in Japanese culture.
