I live in Kamakura. Kamakura is only 40 minutes from Tokyo, and many tourists visit every year. Naturally a place surrounded by beautiful sea and greenery, as well as historically valuable shrines and temples. 800 years ago, the shogunate was placed and became the center of politics. I had been working as a teacher, Japanese for years and retired early this spring. I also worked at a school in the UK when I was young, and I hope to have fun interacting with people from overseas through cooking.
