Maki sushi rolls are sushi rolls of rice with seaweed. Dashi rolled egg grilled with vinegared rice, shiitake mushrooms, dried salmon, trefoil etc. In Japan, it is one of the dishes that have been traditionally celebrated at home and during events.
Let's make sushi rolls together! First is vinegared rice. Mix the vinegar, salt and sugar together with the cooked rice. Next, fry egg, mix egg and soup sugar, and bake in a frying pan. Shiitake and dried shiitake are boiled with soy sauce, mirin and sugar. When you have all of them, roll them up with a large seaweed using a tool called a roll.
