Champon is a Chinese dish born in Nagasaki. It is now famous as a local dish of Nagasaki. A soup made with chicken galore, a noodle dish with lots of shrimp and clams, pork and lots of vegetables! There are many shops where you can eat champons, but this is the only place where you can make champons.
Let's make a soup first. Make soup in a pressure cooker using chicken and dried shiitake mushrooms. After that, fry shrimp, squid, pork and many vegetables such as carrots, onions and cabbage, and put the soup there. Add the noodles made exclusively for Nagasaki and taste them!
