Cooking Class Menu

・ Gyoza
Mix chopped leek, garlic and cabbage with minced meat to make a story. Wrap the material in a thin skin of the flour and bake it in a frying pan. You can change the ingredients as you like.

・ Cook okonomiyaki
As dough Cabbage, flour, water, egg are mixed and pork, shrimp, squid and other ingredients are baked together on an iron plate. Eat with sauce and mayonnaise as you like.

・ Sushi ingredients
such as hand-rolled sushi, shrimp, tuna, fried egg and cucumber are prepared. Put vinegared rice on nori cut square, put your favorite ingredients on it and sprinkle with nori.

    Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients. Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek. The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.

    Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake, made with flour, eggs, shredded cabbage, meat and toppings as you like. This variability is reflected in the dish's name: "okonomi" literally means "to one's liking". You can eat it everywhere in Japan, but especially Okonomiyaki made Hiroshima style and Osaka style are the most famous.

Gyoza is baked with ingredients one by one.
Okonomiyaki is baked one by one on an iron plate. Those who wish can also make takoyaki.
You can choose your favorite ingredients for hand-rolled sushi.
