    Miso Soup

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

Cooking Class Information

Soba sushi begins with boiled soba. The ingredients will be prepared in advance. Wrap with nori using soba noodles. Let's have a beautiful soba sushi experience. I will explain how to cut sashimi. The table becomes gorgeous by arranging it on rose flowers. Japanese culture miso soup is taken from fish stock. Ingredients cut seasonal vegetables and put miso. If you want to make a slightly different sushi, please come!
