GYOZA is meat and vegetables such as cabbage, leek etc. wrapping with Goya- paper and cook on a pan. A very traditional homemade food in Japan.
Let’s lean how to make it.

ONIGIRI and MISO-SHIRU
ONIGIRI is the rice ball. Let’s make a basic rice ball and MISO-SHIRU is the soup based on Miso taste.    

BENTO
BENTO is lunch box that you can take it out to school, office or take it out to a picnic!
A small lunch box has a variety of meals and it’s not only taste good but also looking good is important fact.
You can learn how to make it and also display all variety of meal into a small bento box with beauty.
There are a different shape of bento boxes. Let’s get a bento box you like and make your own Bento.

    Onigiri is a Japanese comfort food made from steamed rice formed into the typical triangular, ball, or cylinder shapes and usually wrapped with nori(dried seaweed). Stuffed with a a variety of fillings and flavors, these rice balls make an ideal quick snack and are a fun alternative to sandwitches for lunch.
