・Miso soup
It is the most popular meal in Japan.We cook miso soup three a week.We change Ingredients sometime.(tofu,potato.onion and more)
・Cooled Tofu or Hot Tohu
There is a old traditional Tofu shop near my house,so we just take it from the shop .I storongly recommend you that is no cook.We eat as a chilled tofu (with toppings)or Boiled tofu with lemon soy souse.
Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.
In this cooking class,we wash rice and put in rice cooker(auto cook for 40-50 min).
Next,we talk little bit haha.then bake salmon and meat off from bone.And mix up eggs and sclamble.
Then,we cook miso-soup.cut some vegetables and boil.Put in fish broth and mix miso.That is so simple to cook.
lastly,we have talking and having meals!
It gonna be wonderful experience for us!
