A bento box is a single-portion boxed meal that is usually composed of staple carbs (rice or noodles), meat or fish, and an assortment of pickled or cooked vegetables.
The balanced nutrition and portability is ideal for school children and the workforce alike, and can often provide the perfect boost come afternoon!
And it’s fun to cook too! We make rice ball, rolled omelette, fried Chicken and so on. And you pick your favorite box and put them in any way you like.
If you have any questions please let me know.
Mami
Hi, I’m Mami. I’m a holistic health coach and run a bnb in Sawara, Chiba. I am from Tokyo but I like the countryside so I moved to the next city. I love cooking and of course eating. I believe what you eat changes you inside and outside. It can make you and people around you happy. The house is very big and very traditional and also there is a big wooden bath and sauna like Ryokan. I’m sure you will love the place if you want to experience different style from Tokyo. It’s 30 mins away from Narita airport and 90 mins away from Tokyo by bus. Please come by and enjoy the Japanese countryside environment. In Sawara city, there is a big famous shrine Katori jingu and the Edo street where you can experience the Japanese history. If you want to stay at my guest house as well, please let me know. There is an option that is included a room and a cooking class. I’m very looking forward to seeing you!!!
