Cooking Class Information

We can cook a few kinds of very traditional and popular Japanese sweets. “Daifuku” is a rice cake stuffed with red (Azuki) bean paste."Daifuku” literally means "Great Luck". “Ohagi” is made with sticky rice ball covered red (Azuki) bean paste. “Umegaemochi” is Fukuoka’s local dish, which is the sweet red bean filling wrapped in rice cake. Also, takoyaki (octopus ball is) wet round pastry stuffed with diced octopus. If you’re interested in Japanese traditional sweets, this is the class you want to join!

I lived in Australia for 8 years with my school aged children. During my stay, I was given many opportunities to demonstrate and teach my unique style of sushi making at various locations such as Colleges, Universities, Coocking school, Community centres and etc.
I will provide proper Certificate from Tokyo Sushi-Academy if interested.
I love people, eating, cooking, traveling and gardening. I am very happy to help giving you a lot of information about restaurants and sightseeing spots in Tokyo.
