・Tonkatsu
Tonkatsu is one of the most beloved Japanese foods in Japan. It is pork chop breaded with flour, egg, and Panko (bread crumbs), then deep fried. You can enjoy the crispy texture when you eat it. We usually eat Tonkatsu with rice and miso-soup. The combination of these are so good. Making Tonkatsu at home is not so difficult, so I hope we have very good time through cooking.
In this cooking class, we can cook Tonkatsu together. First, salt and pepper both sides of the pork chop. Dredge it in flour. Dip it in egg. Coat with panko. Deep fry for about 4~5 minutes or until nicely browned and thoroughly cooked. That’s all. You can learn how to cook Tonkatsu easily!
