In this cooking class, we will make gyoza and miso ramen together! Gyoza is one of the most popular Japanese dishes. Japanese dumplings are different from Chinese-style dumplings. Japanese dumplings are baked instead of steamed. First, prepare the dumpling skin from the dough. Next, make ingredients with vegetables and meat and wrap them with skins. Finally bake in a frying pan. Teaches how to wrap and grill gyoza skin. The contents of the dumplings are juicy, but the dumpling skin is crispy.
