・Chikuzenni: lotus root, burdock, carrot, konnyaku, chikuwa, shiitake mushrooms, and chicken is boiled in dashi
・Tamagoyaki: egg is mixed with soy sauce and other seasonings before being fried
・Miso soup: miso, wakame, and other ingredients are cooked together
・Onigiri: various ingredients are mixed into rice before shaping it into rice balls and wrapping them in nori (seaweed)
In this cooking class, you'll be able to experience the flavors of traditional Japanese home-style cooking. Let's enjoy making these dishes together! We can also think about how to modify the recipes and ingredients so you can enjoy these dishes even after you return home.

★★★★★We did the home cooking class with Eiko on 12/7. Eiko was so kind and knowledgable. She taught us how to make miso soup, oden, tamagoyaki, and onigiri - it was so fun and we are excited to take everything we learned back home with us. This was such a memorable experience that we will hold in our heart forever. We highly recommend this class if you are interested in Japanese home cooking with an incredible teacher. Thank you, Eiko! We hope to meet again next time we are in Osaka!
