Takoyaki is a traditional dish originated in Osaka and very popular with Japanese people.
It is a Japanese dish that is baked into a sphere with a diameter of about 3-5cm, with octopus and condiments (such as leek) in a flour dough.
When we make takoyaki at home, we can enjoy not only octopus but also various ingredients!
We can make takoyaki with whatever you like, such as cheese, kimchi, shrimp, salmon, sausage.
In Japan, the takoyaki party is called “takopa”!

Then we will make takoyaki together in the studio kitchen!
Many homes in Japan have special machines for takoyaki.
