Eri

Hello. My name is Eri. I am a mother of 2 years old daughter. I live with my husband and my daughter in our apartment.

I like cooking all kinds of food with organic grown vegitables, fruits and nuts. We are not vegitarian but we care about animal-welfares. We use organic grassfed daily products and gage-free eggs. Of course, no.GMOs. Seasonings are also organic certified products.

I used to live in Minnesota, the United States for 4 years. I also used to live in California. I like to cook midwestern style American diner like wildrice soup and pasta, California style vegitarian cuisine like tacos and salad, and Japanese homemade style plates brown rice and miso soup.

I had many roommates and friends all over the world in my life. Plus, my major and interest are in Anthropology.

I have a deep understandings with different cultures and religions.

I also expect for guests to respect us as different people.

We might be able to cook in a kitchen at the community center if you make an early reservation.
