Learn how to make beautiful and delicious Wagashi, traditional Japanese sweets!
With the help of a teacher you can make three kinds of sweets: Seasonal Daifuku (a soft rice cake stuffed with sweet red bean paste and a piece of seasonal fruit), Mitarashi Dango (rice dumplings in a sweet soy sauce) and Dorayaki (pancake-like patties wrapped around a filling of sweet red bean paste.)
You will also have the chance to make traditional Matcha green tea. Once you have made your sweets and tea you, our teacher will explain how to arrange the wagashi to make it a little feast for both eye and mouth.
