My friends and I had an amazing time cooking with Yuko! She had everything nicely prepared beforehand so the process was fun and easy. We love our cute little melon pan animals! Plus this is a very great value for money. I can't believe all of the things we were able to do. Also, Yuko gave us a lovely tour of her Japanese home. Thank you so much for your kindness :)

I had an amazing time learning how to bake melonpan in cute shape and sizes with Yuko! She was a great teacher who provided lots of guidance. You can tell she is an experienced baker. The lunch provided was also delicious and it was fun to shape our own onigiri. I would definitively recommend this class to anyone interested in learning how to bake Japanese bread.
