Udon noodle is a type of thick wheat flour noodle widely known as Japanese cuisine. In my cooking class you will be able to learn how to make Udon noodles from scratch, as well as light brown broth, made from light soy sauce, mirin, dried fish which is more pupolar in Western part of Japan where I come from.
Besides with this we will make 6 pieces of Temari sushi ( ball-shaped sushi ) with sliced fresh fish and vegetable topping, along with Japanese layerd omlette as side dishes as well.
