Start with washing rice gently. Let it soak for 30 minutes, then cook the rice. While cooking, loosen the dried plums in the rice ball and prepare the seaweed. Once the rice is cooked, tie the rice ball.

・ Miso soup is dried and dried with kelp to make miso soup of seasonal vegetables. Cut the vegetables. Boil the vegetables together with the sauce and add the miso when it becomes soft.

・ The dessert uses red beans. This will be prepared here, so enjoy the delicious taste.
