    Tempura (天ぷら) is a classical Portuguese dish brought to and popularized by Japan, consisting of seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep fried. Tempura is a typical home-style cooking in Japan. It is often referred to as a representative dish to Japan. Although there are various theories, it is said that Tokugawa Ieyasu, the general of the Edo period, liked tempura so much that he allegedly died from eating too much.

Cooking Class Information

In the lesson, we make Temari sushi, tempura and soup. Temari sushi is a round sushi that is often made for celebrations. Make vinegared rice Sushi is not ordinary rice, but vinegar, sugar and salt are added to rice to make vinegared rice. Sushi ingredients are tuna, salmon, sea bream, prosciutto, and eggs, but may change depending on the season and stocking. Please hold them one by one. Tempura cuts shrimp, onions and carrots, puts on clothes and fries in oil. Soup We make soup stock and take soup with Japanese traditional bonito and kelp. In the lesson, please not only make but also wash. Finally, you will taste what you have made. Please note that take-out is not possible due to hygiene issues.
