Chikuzenni is a type of boiled dish. It’s one of the most popular Japanese dishes.
Because using a lot of vegetables makes it very delicious.

First,
Cut the vegetables and chicken.
Then,
fry them with a big pan.
Then,
Stew with soy sauce or mirin.

We will also make fried egg ,by using a square flying pan.
It’s sweet and delicious.

Son is a Japanese cook of hotel in Netherlands.

My favorite thing is cooking and talk with various people.

My place is a suburb of Yokohama.
It takes 30 minutes by train and bus from Yokohama station.
Unfortunately I don’t have my own car.
I can’t pick you up by car.
