Sakura Anpan Why not make soft bread using Hokkaido wheat and bean paste? Soft Japanese bread is loved by Japanese people too. Enjoy freshly baked bread. Comes with a bread souvenir.
While the bread is fermenting, we make the bean paste and rice balls. Freshly made bean paste is exceptional. The rice balls are made with salmon and bonito flakes. Both are traditional home-cooked dishes made in Japanese homes.
