Cooking Class Information

In this cooking class, we can cook Japanese Rice ball(Onigiri) together!
Onigiri is a Japanese rice ball made from white rice. We usually put filling in the rice ball and shape the rice into a ball, triangle, and cylinder.
Let the steamed rice cool just slightly.
Wet your hands with water so that the rice won’t stick. Salt both your hands and rub to spread all around.
Hold the rice between your palms. Form the rice into the triangle by pressing lightly with your both palms. You don’t want to squeeze the rice too tight.
Wrap the rice ball with seaweed.

We will also cook a couple of Japanese traditional dishes and make Japanese Green Tea.

Let's enjoy Japanese food!
