Have you ever eat rice cakes? We make sweet rice cake easily in microwave oven, and we wrap fruit with sweet bean paste and wrap with sweet, soft rice cake at last.
It is bitter and flavorful matcha that goes well with sweet treats. Using a special tool, dissolve the matcha in hot water neatly.
Even beginners can do it, so please try and enjoy it.

Hello, my name is Kyoko Schwarz.
I used to work as a cook at Japanese restaurant in Germany.
I have 10 year-old daughter and 6 year-old son. They sometimes spend time at this classical Japanese house “Teracoya Asobi”.
I could obtain corporation from the owner of “Teracoya Asobi” to invite you and cook together.
You will be able to have other experiences which are making Mizuhiki craft, weaving, dyeing cotton or silk handkerchief, or Ying Yoga.
Sometimes you could see other people or kids who usually come to this house. I hope you also enjoy communicating with them.
