Rice, Dashi and Miso Soup, then Sushiroll.
You can cook organic rice with a Japanese clay pot instead of a rice cooker.
I use Miso, that has been slowly aged from regional soybeans and koji.
My traditional Umami stock is made with:
- small dried sardines from a fisherman
- 4 years aged sea tang
- sun-dried shiitake mushroom
- the highest grade dried bonito
You will learn:
How to make Dashi(stocks) and Miso soup. How to make Japanese rice without Ricecooker and season Sushi-rice. Then, You can make Sushiroll by yourself.
