Cooking Class Information

In this class, we make gohei mochi. After returning home, cook rice with gas so that you can make it yourself. I will try to grind and cook rice together. The miso sauce on Gohei mochi is made with Japanese miso and plenty of walnuts. This miso sauce can be stored and used for other Japanese foods, “Wasyoku”. When we make it, we use traditional cooking utensils found in every Japanese home. When finished, taste with miso soup and picked vegetables.

Very simple, easy, and healthy!!!
