•Miso soup
We have miso soup every meal.
It’s good for skin if you take miso everyday.
How do we make? Yes!
We make Japanese “Dashi” from Konbu, bonito and dried sardines.
•Dashi roll egg
It’s Japanese style omlet made with using Dashi soup.
•Sushi roll
You can choose your favorite ingredients inside the roll.
In this cooking class, we prepare the Dashi for miso soup and Dashi roll egg. It’s very delicious if you use Dashi soup instead of using Dashi powder!
During we wait for Dashi, we start cooking the sushi roll. I will prepare some ingredients, for example, tuna, cucumber, natto and so on.
After that you make miso and Dashi roll egg.
