It only uses vegetable and cleans your body and spirit.

Nice to meet you, my name is Karen in English.
I hold macrobiotic cooking lesson at home. We can cook brown rice vegetarian, vegetarian recipe, vegan dish. I am happy if we can enjoy meal together and get to know new people.
