It is a dish where noodles made with udon flour are eaten with bonito and soy sauce soup. Noodles are also handmade. Maki sushi is a dish of vegetables, eggs, meat and fish wrapped in rice and seaweed mixed with vinegar. You can make whatever you want inside. Potato soup can be eaten in the Tohoku region. Meat, potatoes, and vegetables are stewed in miso or soy sauce. There is also a dish that uses flesh, made of thin flour without using meat.

  • Gyoza


    Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients. Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek. The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.

  • Udon


    Udon (うどん) is a type of thick wheat flour noodle. It is similar to Italian pasta, but much thicker. It has been eaten all over Japan as an easy-to-eat popular meal, and a substitute meal for rice dishes. Udon is often served hot as a noodle soup in its simplest form, as "kake udon", in a mildly flavoured broth called kakejiru, which is made of dashi, soy sauce, and mirin. The flavor of broth and topping vary from region to region.

    Rice is a staple food in Japan. In all most every family, there is a rice cooker. There is variety of Japanese rice brands such as Koshihikari and Hitomebore.

Gyoza I make grilled gyoza that I usually eat in Japan. The meat and chopped vegetables are wrapped in a thin layer of flour and baked in a frying pan. I will teach you how to wrap it carefully! Mix the udon flour with salt water and mix well. Boil the thinly sliced noodles and pour bonito and soy sauce soup. We also make "tempura" of fried vegetables and topping. Make rice mixed with maki sushi vinegar. Choose your favorite rice, vegetables, eggs, meat and fish mixed with vinegar and seaweed and wrap it with a tool called makisu.
