This is a major Japanese rice ball(Onigiri) and miso soup plan!
rice ball ingredients can be selected from pickled plum, sea kelp, bonito flakes and salmon. pickled plum is handmade from my plum every year by my grandma. Please taste it because it is very delicious!
Please choose your favorite miso soup from several ingredients. You can choose between miso, which is better in Japan, and red miso, which is famous in Nagoya.

Stuffed with a a variety of fillings and flavors, these rice balls make an ideal quick snack and are a fun alternative to sandwitches for lunch.

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.
