Tonjiru is the most famous local miso soup , we strew pork with over 10 kinds of vegetables such as pumpkins, cabbage, carrots,mash rooms, radish ...

In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

I Was an English teacher, at the same time , I have been three children’s mother for more than 20years. It’s amazing , isn’t it? All the people around me love my dishes. I definitely love and enjoy cooking. Now my eldest son and my elder daughter are university students outside Kagoshima.
