* Makizushi(rolled Sushi)
It is rolled with vinegared rice and ingredients. For example,kanpyo,cucumber,shiitake mushroom...etc. We will also make thick grilled eggs.

* Miso soup
Miso soup is a representative of fermented food. The ingredients are made from wakame and tofu. We taste various miso and make with favorite miso.

* Pickles
Various vegetables are lightly pickled using salt and vinegar. It is easy and delicious with plenty of vegetables!

In addition, we will prepare side dishes.

* Tea ceremony experience After your meal, you will experience Japanese sweets and matcha. If you calm down your heart and make matcha, you will get a very delicious tea. Please experience Japanese culture.

    Rice is a staple food in Japan. In all most every family, there is a rice cooker. There is variety of Japanese rice brands such as Koshihikari and Hitomebore.

  • Miso Soup

    Miso Soup

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

  • Tea Ceremony

    Tea Ceremony

    The Japanese tea ceremony is a centuries-old tradition closely tied to Zen Buddhist principles, and a popular way to experience Japanese culture. There are several variations on this ritual. At its base, powdered green tea (matcha) is prepared and served in accordance with strict rules. Oftentimes, wagashi (Japanese sweets) is served alongside the bitter green tea.

Cooking Class Information

In this cooking class, we make MakizushiMaki(rolled sushi), miso soup and Japanese pickles together. You have to make thick rolled egg of rolled ingredients and roll it with other ingredients.
Miso soup is made by selecting your favorite miso. Of course,blending is also OK!
Pickles are easy to make.

The last is a tea ceremony experience. Let's actually make tea with a tea ceremony and enjoy delicious Japanese sweets and tea.
