Although there are various theories, it is said that Tokugawa Ieyasu, the general of the Edo period, liked tempura so much that he allegedly died from eating too much.

In this cooking class, you will cook using ingredients that you can make again when you return to your country!

Let's make sushi on the boat and make your own boat prime! You cut sushi using a Japanese knife called Yanagiba to make sushi. For sushi, we make not only nigiri sushi but also rolls. If you want to make a scroll with allergies or vegetables, please tell us.
The rolled egg is a Japanese omelet. You can make them together using the soup stock that you can easily get abroad, so please try it even after you return home!
