Hi, I'm Kazuko.
I had been working in the kitchen here in Japan and in New York for years.
I cooked vegan dishes for the yoginis at a yoga studio when I was staying in New York.
Now I have cooking class in my home and sometimes we cook vegetarian rolled sushi.
I live in Saitama prefecture. It's very close to Tokyo and takes about 30 minutes from Shibuya or Ikebukuro with one express line.
Now I have a cooking class at my apartment and some studios to introduce the world cuisine to Japanese people which I learned in some restaurants in NY.
I recall all my American friends was so exited and enjoyed it when I had a rolled sushi party inhome in New York.
I want you to experience to make a rolled sushi by yourself and have fun having sushi party with your family and friends back in your country.
