Madeleine made with bio ingredients: eggs, butter, sugar, flour, almond flour, lemon and orange flower aroma. Delicious real chocolate cream. Drinks (hot or cold depending on the season)
We will prepare together the madeleine dough and explain different version of my traditional Madeleine recipe.
We will work in duo so everybody will be able to really participate.
While the Madeleines are in the oven we will have time to discuss about French cuisine and I will of course also be available for any questions you have about the French Riviera or French culture.
Impossible to not talk about the world famous "Madeleine de Proust" ;)
Once the Madeleines ready, we will enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee and your work will be rewarded as soon as you will taste your own delicious Madeleines.
