・Okonomiyaki
Mix shredded cabbage with flour and eggs, add pork and bake on an iron plate. In our home, we mix egg whites with meringue. Then, it becomes fluffy okonomiyaki. Sauce and mayonnaise are your choice.
・ Wakame Soup
Wakame, sesame oil and sesame soup. If you add sesame oil later, the scent is good.
・ We make from okonomiyaki dough and bake on hot plate and eat. Cut the cabbage into small pieces and cut the green onions into toppings. Eggs are made into a meringue with only a whisk. Mix cabbage, egg yolk, flour and fishmeal, and finally mix the meringue. Once the okonomiyaki dough is ready, bake it on a hot plate. We also make seaweed soup.
