This menu is cooked by seasonal vegetables. Some veggies and rice are from my farm. Rice is harvested from around the end of August to October. In Autumn, we can eat fresh rice.

-Hie isjapanese millet which is good for heath. Hie tempura seems like Fried fish.
・Edamame tofu
- Edamame is green soybeans. We boiled, mashed and harden using kudzu starch.
